6 point Certificate of Liberation of Bengalis Prime Minister

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that the independence of Bengalis was achieved through 6 points.

He also reiterated his commitment to build Bangladesh as the golden Bangladesh of his dreams by embracing the ideals of the father of the nation.

It is based on these 6 points that we won the elections of 1970 and achieved the independence of Bangladesh.

There was one point in these 6 points. At least we family members knew that. The father of the nation always said, 6 points means one point. That is freedom. Today we are that independent nation.

He was speaking at a special event titled ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib and the 6-point Charter of Liberation of Bengalis’ on the occasion of the historic 6-point day organized on the virtual platform on Monday (June 7) evening.

The Prime Minister further said that 70 elections are held based on these 6 points. After that election, the Awami League got a majority of seats in the whole of Pakistan. Which Pakistanis never expected. Bangabandhu Kanya also highlighted the important role of her mother Begum Fazilatun Nesha in the strike called on June 7 to demand implementation of 6 points and release of Father of the Nation after her arrest in May.
